WOUK, Herman

WOUK, Herman
(1915-)
US writer known primarily for meaty bestsellers like The Caine Mutiny (1951) and The Winds of War (1971). His sf SATIRE, The "Lomokome" Papers (1956 Collier's; 1968), somewhat clumsily puts allegorically opposing UTOPIAN societies on the MOON and sets them at each other's throats.
