WALLIS, G(eraldine June) McDonald

   Writing name of US writer and actress Hope Campbell (1925-), who acted under her own name and as Kathy McDonald, and has written non-sf under her own name and as Virginia Hughes, concentrating on juveniles. The Light of Lilith (1961 dos) and Legend of Lost Earth (1963 dos), both as by GMW, areunremarkable but adequately stirring examples of adventure sf. Both are set initially on other planets but focus, in the end, on a threatened or desirable Earth.
