Erchomenon, or The Republic of Materialism (1879 UK),published anon, is a UTOPIA set some years in the future. The Decline and Fall of the British Empire, or The Witch's Cavern (1890 UK), published asby H.C.M.W., is a surprisingly adventurous and invention-filled speculation set in the FAR FUTURE.
