   Danish academic and sf critic whose PhD research into Danish sf is the first on such a topic to be funded by the Danish Research Council for the Humanities. ND is sf reviewer for the newspaper Politiken and editor of the critical journal Proxima (since 1981). He wrote the DENMARK entry in this volume.
