   US DIGEST-size magazine. 3 issues, Apr, July, Sep 1953, published by Space Publications, New York, ed Wade KAEMPFERT (Lester DEL REY for \#1 and \#2, Harry HARRISON for \#3). RS was a companion magazine to FANTASY MAGAZINE/ FANTASY FICTION, SPACE SCIENCE FICTION and the 1952-4 SCIENCE FICTION ADVENTURES. All 4 magazines were closed down when the publisher lost interest. RS, slanted to the juvenile market, contained fiction of fair quality, including early work by Algis BUDRYS, but at the height of the SF-MAGAZINE boom, with well over 30 sf magazines being published in the USA, it was effectively invisible.
